Please read these terms carefully before booking your tour with LakDinu Tours.
1. Cancellation Policy
1.1 Full Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if the cancellation request is submitted 7 days or more before the scheduled pickup time.
1.2 Cancellation Fee (50%)
A 50% cancellation fee applies if the booking is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time or after the journey has commenced.
2. Payment Terms & Schedule
2.1 Currency Exchange
Payments are accepted in LKR cash. Foreign currency will be converted using the Google exchange rate on the day of payment.
2.2 Card Payments
A 3% tax (bank processing fee) will be added to all credit and debit card payments.
2.3 No Advance Required
No advance payment is required to secure your booking. Complete peace of mind.
2.4 Payment Installment Schedule
- Stage 1 (After Pickup): Initial payment to start the tour.
- Stage 2 (Mid-Tour): Second installment during the trip.
- Stage 3 (Final Day): Final balance settlement.
3. General Conditions
3.1 Itinerary & Vehicle Changes
LakDinu Tours reserves the right to change itineraries or vehicles due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, road closures, or vehicle breakdowns. In such cases, a suitable alternative will be provided.
3.2 Personal Belongings
Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. LakDinu Tours is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property during the tour. We strongly recommend having travel insurance.
